Overview

Recruitment Specialist at Asticom - ABSI

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating all aspects of the Wireless Expansion project, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise
  • Maintaining clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and status reports
  • Assisting with the implementation of project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency
  • Providing administrative support, such as organising meetings, documenting decisions, and archiving project records
Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination or a related role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Trello
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
