Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Cebu. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and providing exemplary customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Account Management and Business Planning
- Excellent Customer Service skills and experience managing Key Accounts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Cebu
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
