Catering Operations Specialist

You will be a leading resource for our clients in coordinating with our restaurant partners. This role has an emphasis on handling the logistical and administrative responsibilities required to execute Catering Orders to the customer's specifications. This role will communicate back and forth with the Catering clientele of our client, and will assist with coordinating their orders and special requests. Additionally, you will work closely with our catering partners to provide the highest quality of food and service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate: You'll work closely with the Client's Care Teams to fulfill catering needs and requests.
  2. Act as a resource for our catering clients: You'll take on operational and administrative tasks to fulfill the needs of our clients.
  3. Execute real-time support: You'll be responsible for tackling live operations needs as they arise with clients and restaurants.
  4. Be ready to assist: You'll assist the Catering Operations Lead as they coordinate directly with high-profile clients, and execute on tasks as needed.
  5. Be a restaurant resource: You'll speak with our catering partners to help them make updates to their menus, update their special offerings, and answer catering-related questions.
  6. Manage orders: You'll be the primary resource in adjusting and overseeing Catering order details, to ensure utmost accuracy and satisfaction.
  7. Internal assistance: You'll work closely with your team lead to assist in all client relations matters.
