As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating exceptional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.

  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

  • Interpret drawings, manage site documentation, and assist in solving technical issues.

  • Coordinate materials delivery and manage resources efficiently.

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear and expectations are met.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.

Requirements:

  • We welcome fresh graduates who are willing to learn and be challenged.

  • A Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture, or any related course;

  • Knowledgeable in Cost & Materials Estimations, Manpower Planning & Scheduling;

  • Computer Literate and familiarity with MS Office App, Sketch-up, Auto Cad, and other software and system related to engineering;

  • Background in Cost Engineering or QA/QC is a Plus;

  • PRC License is an advantage but not a must;

  • Willing to be assigned in NCR or nearby provinces
