  • Drive growth by communicating the value of HM Group
  • Help solidify the brand – we value humor, empathy, and fun
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to maintain goal alignment
  • Create content for social media channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Consult with businesses that use HK Group Services to understand what problems they are trying to solve for and how they use HK Group Services to improve their business
  • Write blog, white paper and e-book content with goal in driving customer insights and make OneSignal a customer messaging industry thought leader.
  • Assist the sales team by creating content such as Google Slides presentations, email campaigns, and best practices guides
  • Engage with existing customers to generate social influence
  • Assist in the coordination of channel partnerships: create content about OneSignal for partners' websites, blogs, newsletters
  • Draft monthly newsletter to HK Groupusers
  • Drive PR efforts; provide content to PR team; create press kit
  • Own social influencer marketing – how do we get influencers to cover HM Group and what materials do they need to be successful
  • Guide conference strategy and coordinate materials for events
  • Own weekly webinars

Skills and experience:
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to incorporate humor/lightheartedness into everything you write
  • Creative mind
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Incredible attention to detail to master dates/deliverables
