Responsibilities of Document Controller


• Manage and organize all project documents and ensure proper version control


• Maintain records and document filing systems (both digital and hard copy)


• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents


• Ensure document control processes are in line with company policies and quality standards


• Support project managers and engineers with documentation needs, especially in submission of the progress billing.


• Handling Timekeeping of the employees at the site to be report weekly and

monthly employee attendance at the head office.

Responsibilities of Safety Officer:


• Monitor and enforce health and safety policies at the workplace


• Conduct safety training, inspections, and risk assessments


• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures


• Maintain safety documentation and incident reports


• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards


• Handle approved permits to work (PTW) for manpower at the site, ensuring all safety protocols are followed before work begins.


• Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers to verify work readiness and hazard control measures

Requirements for Safety Officer

  1. Certified Safety Officer (with COSH training Certificate, or equivalent)

  2. Minimum1 year of relevant experience in construction/industrial safety

  3. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety laws

  4. Familiarity with site-based permitting systems and safety protocols

  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  6. Ability to work independently and under pressure

  7. Perform other task at any given time.

Requirements for Document Controller:

  1. Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role

  2. Proficient in MS Office (e.g., EXCELL / WORDS)

  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  4. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  5. Perform task at any given time
