Our client, Ripe OS, is a fast-growing startup on a mission to revolutionize remote executive assistant support through automation. Unlike traditional virtual assistant agencies, Ripe OS provides tech-savvy, proactive VAs who go beyond admin work to optimize operations, implement automations, and build AI chatbots for email and text.

Ripe OS supports small and medium-sized businesses with hands-on operational support, and they are now looking for forward-thinking individuals to join their internal team and help shape the future of virtual assistance.

Role Overview: Marketing Expert

Ripe OS is hiring a passionate, results-driven, and resourceful Marketing Expert to join their internal team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic marketing environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cold outreach and email marketing, with the ability to execute high-performing campaigns that generate engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cold Outreach: Design and implement cold outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients and ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline growth.
  2. Email Marketing: Develop and execute mass email campaigns targeting relevant audiences, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
  3. Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, create content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives, and engage followers to build a strong online presence.
  4. Paid Advertising: Manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, optimize campaigns for ROI, and align them with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on cold outreach and email marketing.
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms (e.g., HighLevel, Klaviyo), and paid ad platforms.
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
  4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and adjust campaign strategies.
  5. Experience using social media scheduling tools and creating engaging content.
Standardized Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, specializing in cold outreach and mass email.
  2. Available to work remotely during U.S. business hours (this role is not compatible with another full-time job).
  3. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Demonstrated passion for the craft.
  5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  7. Willingness to undergo a background check prior to any offer of employment or contract.
Technical Requirements
  1. A laptop or desktop computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac).
  2. A main device and a working backup device.
  3. Reliable private broadband internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speeds (will be tested).
  4. Access to a headset or microphone.
Compensation

$8 per hour
