Fundraising Manager

Our Mission: To lobby governments and to create general awareness for legislation to stop children accessing pornography websites.

We are a global nonprofit organisation committed to protecting children by advocating for mandatory ISP-level age verification for adult content. Our mission is to influence policy, build public momentum, and support legal reform through compelling storytelling and digital outreach.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Fundraising Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is identifying and building relationships with organisations, foundations, and grant-making bodies that are aligned with our mission. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for researching opportunities, writing grant applications, and cultivating long-term partnerships to secure sustainable funding.

This role requires strong communication skills, strategic relationship-building, and proven fundraising experience to expand our network of supporters and grow our impact globally.

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, grant applications, corporate sponsorships, and donor programs.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with donors (individual, corporate, foundation) to maximize ongoing support.
• Plan and manage fundraising events and campaigns (online) to increase visibility and donor engagement.
• Research and apply for grants from relevant funding bodies and foundations.
• Develop donor communications and stewardship plans, including newsletters, impact reports, and personalized updates.
• Track and report fundraising performance to executives and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with the communications and advocacy team to align fundraising campaigns with broader advocacy goals.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
• Build and manage a donor database to streamline relationship management and reporting.
• Monitor industry trends and explore new opportunities for income generation (crowdfunding, partnerships, digital platforms).

• Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations
• Proven track record of delivering measurable fundraising results
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills with organisations and foundations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft persuasive proposals and reports
• Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail
• Independent, proactive, and solutions-focused; able to work in a fully remote environment
• Experience in nonprofit or advocacy sectors
• Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising platforms
• Knowledge of corporate sponsorship and partnership development
• Background in public relations or stakeholder communications
• Fluency in additional languages
