Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Assistant Staff located in Roku Central Province Papua New Guinea. The Payroll Assistant Staff will be responsible for managing and administering payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll tax submission, and supporting other accounting functions. Day-to-day tasks include processing employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, preparing payroll reports, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Payroll Services and Payroll Administration
  • Experience in Payroll Management and Payroll Taxes
  • Strong Accounting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
