Job Description

GrowthDesk is looking for a talented Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our team to drive campaign performance and measure impact across various social media platforms.

We seek a cool, sharp, witty, and talented individual interested in digital marketing, obsessed with optimization, who loves numbers and tech startups. The ideal candidate is a self-starter—able to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance multiple tasks. Candidates must possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and be capable of multitasking.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide regular internal analytics reports on campaign performance indicators, with clear insights and analysis.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user funnels and experience.
  • Brainstorm new growth strategies, including identifying digital marketing trends and evaluating new technologies, following best practices.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, including A/B and multi-variate testing, and optimize dynamic ads.

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization skills.
  • At least a diploma in marketing, analytics, communication, statistics, or related sciences.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, and social media campaign optimization.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, proficient in A/B testing, tracking, and reporting on key campaign metrics such as traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, ad creation for Facebook and Google, including keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Up-to-date with latest ad-tech developments and platform updates (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Passionate about digital marketing, innovative, detail-oriented, with solid Excel and communication skills.
  • Daily use of Google Analytics and other analytics dashboards.
  • Google Adwords and Analytics certifications are preferred; other Google certifications are a plus.
