Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager (Sales) to oversee and develop a high-performing team of Sales, Graphic Designers, and Accounts personnel. The role requires strong leadership to drive performance, maintain service excellence, and support business growth.
What Youll Do:
- Lead, motivate, recruit, and develop your team consisting of Sales team, Graphic Designers, and Accounts personnel; within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Maintain performance within agreed targets, ensuring the team delivers great service, productivity, and helps avoid/minimize errors and losses.
- Support the requirements of the business by assisting the management team in various business functions.
- Communicate with sales reps confidently and professionally.
- Serve as a focal point to communicate with other departments and suppliers.
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team.
- Manage the development of staff, ensuring they are appropriately trained, and that ongoing competence is maintained.
- Conduct spot call listening of team members fact-finding and closing and give feedback for any upgrades required to ensure continual improvement meets company standards.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 performance reviews with team members and implement, where appropriate, Performance Improvement Plans, consulting Human Resources and Senior Management.
- Hold morning huddles.
- Communicate business changes and updates to every team member and check understanding; actively support and promote change by influencing both peers and team members to accept new challenges.
- Resource planning.
- Manage holidays, vacation schedules, lunch breaks, and absences to ensure the department is always staffed effectively.
- Handle complex issues and escalated complaints where necessary.
- Assist in recruitment activities and training.
- Liaise with the training department to ensure gaps in knowledge are filled.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly statistics to the Senior Management Team.
- Manage your team's workload whilst they are on holiday or absent.
- Work with our HR department or external HR company to ensure policies and compliance are followed strictly.
- Identify and report areas of improvement and new ideas/opportunities to the Senior Management team.
- Maintain the office to a professional standard and ensure the day-to-day running of the office is kept to a high standard and in line with HR protocols, corporate policy, and landlord requirements.
- Have a social media presence, promoting the business where and when necessary; encourage and support accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree holder in any field is required.
- Strong Sales background is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- First class proactive leadership, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for excellent service and customer relations.
- Liaising with other employees, clients, and suppliers.
- Effective communication in both written and verbal format.
- Ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person.
