WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Graphic Designer with a knack for managing design teams to provide original and innovative visual solutions. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills combined with leadership capabilities to steer and inspire a team of creative professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce visual assets that communicate our brand message effectively across multiple channels.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to create engaging designs.
  • Conceptualize and design graphics for web pages, banners, social media, emails, and collateral.
  • Use design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-impact visuals.
  • Collaborate with teams for design refinement and approvals.
  • Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring consistency.
  • Bring fresh ideas to keep our visual content current and compelling.
  • Understand and apply brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects, paying attention to deadlines and details.
  • Evaluate team performance and contribute to setting goals and metrics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience with social media content creation and design processes.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design is a plus.

  • Full-time remote position.
