Graphic Designer Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Help create visual content for flyers, brochures, posters, menus, and other print materials used in promotions and events.
2. Design graphics for posts, stories, and advertisements across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
3. Work with internal teams to brainstorm creative concepts and deliver visual assets that support campaigns and branding.
4. Follow brand guidelines to ensure that all designs reflect the company's image and tone.
5. Assist in creating website banners, email templates, newsletters, and other digital assets.
6. Help enhance photos for online and print use, including guest experiences, amenities, or food & beverage items.
7. Modify and repurpose existing design templates as needed for new promotions or seasonal offers.
8. Attend team meetings to understand upcoming marketing initiatives and suggest creative ideas.
9. Organize and archive design files, source materials, and project documentation.
10. Stay updated on design trends in the hospitality industry and seek feedback to improve skills and creativity.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva).
3. Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
4. Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.
6. Passion for the hospitality industry and storytelling.
