TheMultimedia Artist will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets, enhancing the user experience on our pages, and supporting various marketing initiatives with engaging content. The ideal candidate must have astrong grasp of design fundamentals, an eye for what makes a great design, and awareness of the latest trends in digital design, branding, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic & Multimedia Design
    • Design marketing materials for digital channels, includingsocial media, email campaigns, advertisements, and product visuals.
    • Create packaging mockups and branding assets to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
    • Developengaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns and brand storytelling.

  • UI/UX & eCommerce Optimization
    • Design and optimizewebsite layouts, product pages, and landing pages to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
    • Collaborate with creatives & developers to ensurebrand consistency and seamless functionality across all digital platforms.
    • Conductusability testing and implement UX improvements based on data insights and user feedback.

  • Brand & Creative Direction Support
    • Work closely with theHead of Marketing and Brand Communications Manager to ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's messaging and identity.
    • Develop templates and design systems to maintain consistency across all creative assets.

  • Collaboration with External Partners
    • Coordinate withmarketing agencies, photographers, and videographers for content production.
    • Provide design direction forinfluencer collaborations and campaign visuals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, UI/UX, or eCommerce-related creative roles.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
  • A keeneye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to differentiate good design from great design.
  • Exposure tocurrent trends in digital design, branding, and eCommerce.
  • Experience designing forShopify, Shopee, Lazada, or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to createmotion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge ofconversion-focused design and consumer psychology in eCommerce.
  • Strongportfolio showcasing a range of digital and UI/UX design projects.

Ability to work independently in afast-paced, remote work environment.
