About the role

Join our team at Manila Doctors Hospital (Manila Medical Services Inc.) as a Multimedia Artist. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in creating engaging and visually appealing content to support the hospital's marketing and communication efforts. Based in Manila City, Metro Manila, you will work collaboratively with our marketing and design teams to bring our brand to life across various digital and print platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop compelling materials and videos that are consistent with the MDH branding.
  2. Collaborate and coordinate with the team in producing storyboards, understanding specifications, creative briefs, and developing concepts to create visual narratives.
  3. Event Coverage
    1. Photography Coverage: Capture videos and photos during corporate events.
    2. Submission of shot list and photo pegs (concept).
    3. Preparation of coverage requirements and equipment.
    4. Coordination of the coverage and shoot.
  • Ensure all multimedia creations align with the hospital's brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Provide support and guidance to other members of the design and marketing teams as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably in the healthcare or B2C industry.
  • Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong skills in visual storytelling, photo editing, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
