The Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating compelling key visual designs for chain-wide marketing commercial programs, local store marketing, digital marketing needs, and store operation requirements. Collaborates with the Senior Creatives Manager and Marketing Managers to ensure that the business objectives of the stakeholders are met in the form of the created key visuals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and create multimedia communication materials such as animation, videos, social media postings, and print.
  2. Produce final artwork and assist in quality control.
  3. Translate design directions given by the Creative Lead.
  4. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and with outstanding quality.
  5. Conduct regular research work to gather information on various design projects.
  6. Adapt to group project management platforms.
  7. Assist the team during photoshoots, events, and other projects.
  8. Manage self-development.
  9. Prioritize personal learning and development through IDP.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts/Design/Fine Arts/Advertising.
  2. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in design, marketing, advertising, promotions, or retail marketing.
  3. Extensive experience in rolling out marketing campaigns.
  4. Knowledgeable and skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
