Summary

We're looking for a skilled Copywriter to work interdepartmentally across the company to produce captivating clear text for different advertising channels to capture and educate our customers and wow our prospects. As an integral member of the team, you will demonstrate you technical expertise scrutinizing keywords, developing compelling written content and ensuring final products are fully proofread.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Develop, create and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos and blogs that support business objectives while adhering to established brand voice
  • Produce key creative solutions, develop and execute copy concepts for a variety of retail marketing projects
  • Interpret creative direction and technical information while transforming them into persuasive copy concepts
  • Write pristine copy and slogans for campaigns, editing while preserving brand consistency across all channels
  • Optimize all content for SEO to better reach
  • Build and run an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
  • Measure impact and perform analysis to improve critical metrics
  • Help with localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions
  • Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Thorough comprehension of best SEO practices
  • Working knowledge and professional experience with HTML
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify multiple "frames of references"
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Faculty to work across multiple projects, satisfying tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and high energy level

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Journalism or a related discipline is highly desired
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience required, preferably web/marketing copywriting
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted
