Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts.
  • Oversee intercompany funding and ensure efficient allocation of cash resources.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Review bank account transactions, including payments and transfers.
  • Assist in negotiating banking fees and optimizing account structures.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of short-term and long-term investment strategies.
  • Prepare detailed treasury reports, including cash flow summaries, investment performance, and risk analyses.
  • Conduct variance analyses and provide insights to senior management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of treasury accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and enhance efficiency through automation.
  • Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations affecting treasury operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury or financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a retail sector.
  • Proficiency in SAP is required.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, financial instruments, and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.
