Responsibilities:

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and test automation systems.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and documentation.
  • Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Implement best practices for coding and software development.
  • Fixing potential bugs or performance concerns in the systems

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
  • Act as a point of contact for automation-related issues and escalations.
  • Foster strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with the Innovation team to identify gaps and opportunities for automation enhancements.
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve automation system functionality and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure high standards of software quality through effective testing and validation processes.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years in software development.

Preferred but not required, relevant certifications in software development and automation (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, UiPath Certified Professional).
