The Role: Tender EngineerWhat will you do?
  1. Review customer requirements and request for quotes (RFQ).
  2. Preparation of professional quotations in a timely manner from schematic diagrams and customer specifications.
  3. Preparation of technically accurate quotations focused on MV power solutions in accordance with project specifications and schematic diagrams.
  4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations regarding quotation delivery times, order booking, technical knowledge, and knowledge of industry requirements.
  5. Identify appropriate Schneider technical solution.
  6. Use Schneider quoting/order booking tools to configure and price selected solution.
  7. Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
  8. Process purchase orders onto SAP and/or CPQ.
  9. Handle multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  10. Maintain a clear focus on improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications - ExternalWho would be successful?
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
  2. Must have an accomplished background in understanding schematic and single line diagrams.
  3. Strong time management and self-organizational skills.
  4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams, with clear and concise communication abilities.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Highly organized and systematic, able to meet tight deadlines.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
  10. Able to multi-task effectively, with a good planning and prioritization system.
  11. Keen attention to detail and a high commitment to quality output.
  12. Team-oriented; proactive in helping and caring for other team members.
