WHAT IS A STOCK INTEGRITY COORDINATOR?
Our awesome client, a leading Company based in AU, is looking for a Stock Integrity Coordinator to be part of their Team.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, conduct assessments, and make data-driven decisions.
WHAT IS THE AIM AND PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION?
The Stock Integrity Coordinator role is essential for maintaining efficient operations, supporting decision-making, and fostering customer trust and satisfaction. Working closely with other departments to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate inventory records.
- Daily reconciliation between ERP & WMS Systems.
- Timely monitoring of and response to the Stock email account. Retail Store related issues include packing errors, missing cartons, and all stock POS related issues.
- Ensure the inventory records held by our 3PLs are synchronized with our internal records (this involves but is not limited to investigating 3PL stock adjustments, store reported picking errors, stock receipt variances, and customer reported picking errors).
- Monitor stock receipts, store SOH, and unposted/posted sales orders.
- Stocktaking/Managing Decjuba locations.
- Liaise with other departments as required to resolve issues related to inventory at the warehouses/in-store.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Transactional experience with inventory or inventory management.
- Data analysis.
- Capability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to identify and rank priorities.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Transactional experience with an ERP System: AP21.
- Competence in using computer systems and software for managing inventory data and generating reports.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Analyse Inventory Data: Use data analysis to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize inventory levels, minimizing waste and stockouts.
- Facilitate Communication: Collaborate with other teams to align inventory practices with overall business goals.
