OVERVIEW:
Estate Wine is a leading distributor of wines & spirits in the Philippines, with an exclusive partnership with Berry Bros. & Rudd (BB&R) – the oldest wine and spirit merchant in Britain. We specialize in curating lasting impressions & value relationships with all our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SALESEXECUTIVE to join our team and contribute to our success.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Estate Wine, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. While experience in wine and spirits is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition and Management
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the wine market – including restaurants, hotels, private clients, and corporations. Build a pipeline of prospects through networking, events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Provide personalized service and expert recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, product launches, and customer needs.
- Stay current with market trends, new product releases, and developments in the wine industry to identify opportunities for business growth and to better serve clients.
Customer Service and Support
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's wine offerings. Offer expert guidance to clients based on their preferences and needs, ensuring they select the best wines for their business or personal collection.
- Conduct wine tastings, in-store presentations, and private events to showcase the quality and uniqueness of our wines. Represent the company at wine events and tastings.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Reporting and Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
· Proven track record of sales experience in the premium or luxury market is a plus, especially in the wine or beverage industry.
Skills and Attributes
· Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
· Passion for wines, with an understanding of subject matter and trends in the industry is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer-centric approach.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· High level of initiative, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· Applicants must be amenable to work full-time and on-site at our office in Makati City and may require occasional weekend work for events or promotions.
