Your Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all sales-related inquiries from the website, sales team, and email-to-case system, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Manage incoming cases related to quotes, order requests, and general sales inquiries, actioning requests directly or escalating to the appropriate internal stakeholders as needed.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer queries to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone and email using Salesforce and Salesforce Voice.

  • Process and action sales support requests within designated delegations, including pricing inquiries, order adjustments, and product availability checks.

  • Maintain and update a Sales Support Knowledge Base with key information to improve first-contact resolution rates.

  • Assist the sales representatives by providing accurate and timely support.

  • Ensure all cases are resolved and closed in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records in Salesforce.

  • Provide additional administrative support as required.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • Has at least 3 years prior customer service or help desk experience

  • Experience in sales support, across data entry, quote creation, and order processing

  • Sales support experience would be desirable

  • Possess excellent written and spoken English communication.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Computer skills, and willingness to learn and develop further.

  • Can work autonomously as well as in a team.

  • Can take direction.
