About the role

Are you a master of organization with a passion for keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator for our Subic site to help drive the flow of products through our dynamic network of Warehouses and Magazines.

In this hands-on role, you'll take the lead in executing the safe and efficient movement of goods, ensuring our stock is accurately managed and accounted for at every step. From receiving deliveries and carefully picking and packing orders, to coordinating dispatches, your work will keep our operations running like clockwork.

What you will be doing
  • Promote a Culture of Safety: Actively prevent unsafe practices through open communication with team members and adherence to the CLEAR and UIR processes.
  • Efficient Materials Handling: Accurately pick, pack, and receive goods in line with system requirements, ensuring product integrity—especially for serialized inventory.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Record all product movements in the system promptly upon completion to maintain real-time stock visibility and traceability.
  • Safe Storage & Movement: Ensure goods are safely stored and transferred across warehouses and distribution centers, maintaining compliance with internal and external safety standards.
What you will bring
  • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, inventory control, and documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Educational background: At least college level or completion of a vocational course.
