Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain all electrical systems in good condition.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all load centers.
  • Check support main power annually.
  • Maintain lighting in general areas.
  • Complete repair work orders and carry out repairs.
  • Report daily activities to the Chief Engineer.
  • Attend meetings as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
  • Inform the department of all happenings to the Chief Engineer.

Others

  • Engage in continuous learning through own Individual Development Plan (IDP).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Sound knowledge of Building Services Engineering and management.
