Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Certification: Licensed Mechanical Engineer

  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction heavy equipment types, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
  • Location Requirement: Must be willing to work full-time on-site at Pasay City.

Job Summary:

The Equipment Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance, operation, and utilization of construction equipment and machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and maintain the inventory of construction equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of equipment usage and movements.
  • Coordinate with project managers to assess equipment needs for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure timely procurement or rental of necessary machinery.

2.Maintenance and Inspection:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules based on manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

3. Coordination and Training:

  • Coordinate with equipment operators to ensure proper use and care of machinery.
  • Provide training on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting procedures when necessary.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed reports on equipment status, maintenance history, and incident logs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for auditing and operational review purposes.

5. Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure all equipment-related activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety in equipment handling and maintenance practices.
