We are looking for a MS Dynamics Senior Manage to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery across enterprise-scale projects..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide estimates, define architecture, and manage sprint planning.
  • Guide project teams using Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Conduct quality reviews and proactively identify risks.
  • Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in solution design.
  • Engage with stakeholders across industries to drive digital transformation.
Required Skills:
  • 14+ years in CRM architecture, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Expertise in customization, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure AD, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Functions.
  • Skilled in Agile delivery, CI/CD, and project lifecycle tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years in a solution architect role.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Recognized as a Microsoft MVP or Fast Track Architect.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
