Overview

BI Analyst (m/w) 100% – Avosano AG, Niederbipp, Schweiz. Die Avosano Gruppe ist ein Schweizer Unternehmen im Pharmabereich mit zwei Tochterunternehmen an drei Standorten und insgesamt 750 Mitarbeitenden.

Responsibilities
  • Aufbau, Automatisierung sowie Standardisierung regelmäßiger Reports und Dashboards
  • Erstellung von Ad hoc Auswertungen für Einkauf, Controlling und das Management
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von BI-Lösungen mittels MS Power BI / Tableau
  • Datenmodellierung und -aufbereitung aus verschiedenen Quellsystemen (u.a. ERP, BI)
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von SQL-Datenabfragen
  • Analyse und Überwachung von Kennzahlen sowie Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen bei Zielabweichungen
  • Mitgestaltung beim Aufbau einer modernen Controlling-Organisation
  • Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen sowie bei finanziellen Planungsprozessen
  • Eigenständige Mitarbeit zur Verbesserung/Weiterentwicklung des BI-Umfeldes und der Controlling-Instrumente (Automatisierung, performante Ladeketten)
  • Überwachung der Datenqualität
Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im BI-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Datenmodellierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP)
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
