The Role: Sales Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Sales Operations Manager in our Cavite office.

You will be responsible for managing and supervising the Service Sales Team covering the full range of Virtual Service Sales and Tendering activities, such as sales target, pipeline management, and customer interaction for contracts, modernization, and digital services. This role is also responsible for ensuring that the SLA for the TTQ is being attained.

What will you do?

  1. Monitor the team's day-to-day performance through the BFO Salesforce Dashboard.
  2. Collaborate and engage with local and overseas internal stakeholders.
  3. Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Reports.
  4. Achieve the Sales and Orders Target set for the VSSR Team.
  5. Drive continuous process improvement for the team.
  6. Oversee the process of preparing and submitting proposals or bids in response to customer requirements or requests for proposals.
  7. Manage Quotes (RFQ) and ensure quotes are sent on time.

Main interactions:

FSVP, Operational Marketing, Outside and Virtual Services Sales team, Services Tendering Team, FS Management team, GTMs, and GFS Commercial Excellence.

Key Success Factors:

Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams for collaborative orders and sales forecasts.
Collaboration with operational marketing to provide feedback on lead/opportunity generation and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?:

  1. Education: Business Administration or Engineering degree.
  2. Job Related Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a professional environment.
  3. Must be results-oriented with strong business acumen.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Sales-oriented, results-oriented, daring, passionate, team player, organized, resilient, clear & understandable voice, engaging & enthusiastic.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, seeking new ways of learning to upskill oneself.
  7. Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Bridge Front Office (bFO) is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services pyramid, at least for core offers in LV / MV / IT, is a plus.
  9. Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships.
  10. Successfully complete assigned training paths and engage in technical sales conversations.
  11. Must have a thorough understanding of technology (BFO is a MUST) and a good understanding of business processes and tools, as well as a strong understanding of the commercial sales process utilized today.
  12. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to serve the business purpose.
  13. Action plan definition and execution-oriented.
  14. Ability to work independently and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  15. Excellent attention to detail.
  16. A proactive mindset and flexibility with changing scope of priorities.
  17. Ability to thrive under pressure.
