Support the finance department with accounting tasks, data entry, and financial reporting in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Performing data entry and updating accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assisting in reconciling bank statements and accounts.
  • Aiding in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation.
  • Supporting accountants and management with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Completing all work in accordance with tax and accounting legislative requirements as well as the client's processes and procedures.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduate degree in B.S. Accountancy or any bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • No minimum years of experience required; fresh CPAs are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including skills such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
  • Knowledge in using Xero Accounting software and SQL is preferred but not required.
