Senior Graphic Designer

• Base salary range: 70, ,000 per month (based on experience)
• Full-time remote

Essential Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the marketing or advertising industry.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into visually impactful designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a focus on creating high-quality graphics for various digital and print mediums.
• Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

About the Role:

Freedom Property Investors is seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing department. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content that elevates our brand identity, fuels our marketing campaigns, and attracts new investors.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Marketing team members to understand campaign goals and target audience.

• Conceptualise, design, and execute a wide range of marketing materials, including:

• Brochures, presentations, and sales collateral for property investment opportunities.

• Engaging social media graphics (static posts, animated content, stories).
• Eye-catching website graphics, banners, and landing pages.
• Infographics and data visualisations to communicate investment benefits.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, maintaining a professional and modern aesthetic.
• Stay abreast of design trends and software applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to continuously improve visual communication strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines efficiently and prioritizing effectively.

Qualifications:

• Solid grasp of design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and social media check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
• Willingness to provide an NBI clearance.
