Overview

The Product Operations Analyst will research tasks in a proprietary platform to put healthcare administration on autopilot. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and prepared to work on a variety of projects.


Responsibilities
  • Performing and supporting automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
  • Complete workflow tasks utilizing scripts, information available in the Clients Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, knowledge artifacts or assistance from the Production Operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to verify accuracy.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts and/or Athena is valued.

Other Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA compliant environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Fluent in English.
