In the Junior Project Manager role, you'll play a critical support role in the successful rollout of StoreHub's POS solutions for enterprise clients, including the country's leading establishments and brands. Your role ensures smooth deployment operations through tight coordination with stakeholders, diligent task tracking, and proactive risk management.

You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate project deliverables and timelines under the guidance of the project team head.
  • Track tasks and progress diligently, using tools like Google Sheets to keep everything organized.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders and client-side teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Prepare weekly reports and maintain documentation of workflows and updates to keep everyone informed.
  • Identify delays or blockers early on and escalate them for prompt resolution.
  • Assist with site readiness and handle issues as they arise to keep deployments moving forward.

How you will need to be:

  • Possessing 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, or implementation roles, with SaaS or POS experience being a strong advantage.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues and taking initiative.
  • Structured in your approach to tasks and project management.
  • Calm under pressure, even in fast-paced and high-stakes environments.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring nothing is missed.
  • Strong in your ability to communicate and coordinate with various teams
  • Open to working onsite in Makati
