Provide technical assistance, resolve system issues, and maintain documentation for a dynamic company.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Document detailed information on technical assistance requests, resolution steps, and involved dates/individuals.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved computer and system concerns.
- Organize and file documentation for warranties and instructional guides.
- Maintain a log of system updates and completion dates.
- Attend in-person meetings to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
- Resolve network interruptions and install/configure systems and applications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to set attainable deadlines.
- Comfort with help desk software and remote access programs.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and feedback.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Professional written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong business English and native proficiency in Spanish, French, German, Tamil, or Chinese.
