JOB PURPOSE :

The Client Strategist develops and implements data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This role involves client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  2. Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies.
  3. Communicate insights and reports on performance.
  4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client experience.
  5. Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  6. Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure strategy alignment and clear instructions.
  7. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
  8. Share industry insights with marketing to position the company as a thought leader.

KEY OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  1. Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands.
  3. Client Understanding: Deeply understand client needs and translate into strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Client Communication: Share insights and plan for development.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team is aligned with overall strategy.
  7. Service Expansion: Upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue.
  8. Thought Leadership: Provide industry insights to enhance reputation.
  9. Work in EU timezone.

  1. Client Retention Rate
  2. Client Satisfaction (NPS)
  3. Campaign Performance (Email Revenue, Open Rate, etc.)
  4. Account Growth (Net Revenue Retention)
  5. Team Collaboration (Activations Feedback)
