About the Role
Project Controlling
· Financial supervision of big/transverse projects that are delegated by Business Line/service line.
· Provide financial insight at tendering to closing stage (tax, legal, guarantees, review of hypothesis and price sheets, proposition of contractual set-up).
· Advise on project structuring, financial and tax strategies for intercompany projects, optimizing benefits at Group level, considering legal and tax provisions prevailing in the Region.
· Ensure proper implementation of project structuring, accurate booking of expenses and timely cash management by Regional Controllers and accountants for the project portfolio.

What do we need from you
The candidate should have:

  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of project financial management and controlling, with an advantage on full understanding of "percentage of completion" accounting type of business.
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking is a MUST for this position.
  • Ideally, having worked in an international civil engineering or project-based engineering organization.
  • Good understanding of project-related tax topics.
  • Engagement skills working across a matrix organization, strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Technology skills: perfect command of finance management software, Oracle.
  • Leadership skills/a sense of expertise.
  • Communication, critical thinking, initiative, empathy, analytical, collaboration, and organizational skills.
