Job Summary:
The Sustainability Writer is responsible (but not limited to) for providing writing services for the annual integrated sustainability report and other sustainability-related materials, aligned with both corporate communication standards and relevant sustainability reporting frameworks. This role involves drafting, editing, and repurposing content that effectively communicates the company's sustainability performance to investors, stakeholders, and the general public. The Sustainability Writer will work with the Sustainability Management Team and cross-functional teams in creating narratives that highlight SMGP's sustainability programs, goals, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any communications or sustainability-related field
- Strong technical writing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Research and documentation skills
- Background in publishing sustainability reports, annual reports, or relevant sustainability articles is an advantage
- Working knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g. GRI, , ISSB) is a plus
