Overview

Oversees all financial operations , planning and implementation strategy. Manages budget, forecast and cash flow while leading the Finance Team and advising Management on financial decisions to ensure business profitability and stability. Analyze market trends , company performance and economic conditions to create financial plans that ensure sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Develops and manages the annual budget , forecast future financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

  2. Efficiently manage and monitor cash flow and investments to ensure smooth financial operations.

  3. Conducts financial analysis & strategies, prepares timely reports , provides financial insights and strategic recommendations to Management .

  4. Evaluates and recommends investment opportunities to maximize returns.

  5. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to ensure efficient resource/capital allocation.

  6. Assess and mitigate financial risk ensuring the organization's financial stability.

  7. Develop strong internal controls to protect company assets , develop and implement financial strategies to ensure financial security.

  8. Efficiently manage receivables , payables and investments to ensure smooth financial operations .

  9. Lead, mentor and develop the Finance Team ensuring high performance and professionalism aligned to the organizational goals.

  10. Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business objectives.

  11. Supports expansions by identifying new revenue streams and levering financial technologies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting , Economics or related field

  2. With at least eight (8) years extensive experience in financial management ,budgeting and corporate finance

  3. Strong financial planning, cost control and profitability enhancement

  4. Solid analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve financial issue

  5. Competent in financial software preferably SAP , advance Excel skills and data analysis tools

  6. Excellent in written and verbal communication

  7. Strong sense of ethics and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality of financial information

  8. Has effective business acumen /insight
