About the role

Join our fast-growing team as an Onboarding Specialist (GoHighLevel CRM) at SupportNinja. In this full-time, office-based role in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth experience as they implement our innovative CRM platform. Your role is crucial in driving the success of our clients and the overall growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through set-up and training
  • Provide hands-on support and training to help clients unlock the full potential of the GoHighLevel CRM platform
  • Identify and address any client pain points or challenges, proposing solutions to enhance their experience
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and onboarding progress
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding workflow
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, with proficiency in GoHighLevel a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
