We are expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative who is not just adept at handling customer queries but also possesses a knack for sales. Based in the Philippines, this remote role is crucial for maintaining and elevating our brand's value by providing exceptional service and converting service calls into booking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client retention by renewing clients
  2. 100% coverage of all expired and expiring accounts that is part of the monthly target
  3. Having close coordination with the Account Management team and understanding the historical performance of the account during the subscription
  4. Identifying red alert accounts and advising the Head of Account Management
  5. Other relevant tasks as advised by the Management

Skills and Qualities Required:

  1. Excellent communication in both written and verbal
  2. Great with building and maintaining client relationships
  3. Very strong sales & negotiation skills
  4. Ability to work well in a high-energy team and fast-paced environment
  5. Well organized & structured working style
  6. Great Team Player
