Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Clerk Barista to join our team This role combines excellent customer service with barista skills and sales responsibilities. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the café or store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages to company standards

  • Assist customers with orders, upselling products and add-ons when appropriate

  • Operate the POS system for accurate billing and cash handling

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and display areas

  • Restock shelves and inventory as needed

  • Provide product knowledge, including ingredients, flavors, and brewing methods

  • Support daily sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • With or without experience (training will be provided)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage

  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented
