Previous experience in an automotive or clerical role preferred
Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with dealership management systems is a plus
Responsibilities:
Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and timely
Maintain and update vehicle inventory records
Verify VIN numbers and other vehicle information
Prepare and submit required documentation to DMV and other agencies
Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle documentation
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Coordinate with sales and finance departments to complete paperwork
Track and follow up on pending documentation
File and organize physical and electronic records
Assist with audits and internal reviews of vehicle records
