As part of our Oracle Fusion Financials support team, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations across the Asia Pacific region. If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and love solving complex problems, this is the place for you.

Where you come in:

• Work with the IT Helpdesk and Operations center in response to application incidents
• Act as the first/second line of functional support for Oracle Fusion
• Support process owners and end-users in resolving production incidents and problem tickets.
• Work with other Application and Integrations analysts to diagnose and resolve cross-platform issues
• Work alongside Business Analysts to provide functional support during business requirement definition and functional design.
• Hands-on Fusion configuration of module areas of responsibility from CRP/PoC through to unit testing.
• Represent Fusion functional areas in IT/business meetings and workshops to ensure a functional understanding of the capabilities being delivered/fixed
• Act as a key player in incorporating industry best practices, establishing standards, key measures and metrics.
• Liaise with Oracle on active Service Requests.

• You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• You bring strong expertise in the Order to Cash process within Oracle Fusion.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• You are confident working independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Your ability to collaborate across multiple business areas ensures effective problem-solving and solution delivery.
• Your experience in an ITIL environment and familiarity with ServiceNow enhances your ability to manage incidents efficiently.
• You've worked with Salesforce or Oracle Service Cloud.
• Your background in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree anda minimum of 8-12 years of relatedexperience.
• At this level a graduate degree may bedesirable with 4 years of related experience
