Overview

The Copywriter will develop, craft, and edit brand-aligned copy across multiple platforms. Success in this role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a clear understanding of both the client's goals and the audience's needs, delivered in impactful copy that enhances brand voice and drives measurable outcomes.

Additionally, the role will include ideation and strategy work for pitches, among other responsibilities. It supports our agency's broader efforts to deliver cohesive and high-quality creative work for national and multinational brands.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for various media including digital ads, websites, social posts, email campaigns, video scripts, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers and other team members to ensure cohesive creative executions.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and media teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in interpreting project briefs, content ideation process, ensuring that content is innovative and tailored to clients' needs.
  • Participate in ideation and strategy development for client pitches and other business development initiatives.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure it meets brand tone, voice, and style guidelines.
  • Adapt writing for different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistency and impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, content best practices, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to adjust content based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising, Marketing or related field
  • Well-versed in brand messaging, audience targeting, and content strategy.
  • 2+ years of marketing or copywriting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience developing content strategies for multiple brands is a plus
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
