We're looking for a highly skilled and creative Content Copywriter to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content that drives brand awareness, educates our audience, and ultimately, increases sales. This is a great opportunity for a talented writer who is passionate about storytelling and understands how to connect with an audience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for a variety of marketing materials, including blog posts, website pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and product descriptions.
  • Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and competitor activity to develop fresh content ideas and maintain a relevant content calendar.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices into all content to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging, campaign goals, and overall business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Website Traffic: Increase in organic search traffic to blog posts and key web pages.
  • Engagement Rate: Metrics like social media likes, shares, comments, and email open/click-through rates.
  • Lead Generation: Number of leads generated from content (e.g., through downloadable guides or gated content).
  • Project Completion: Adherence to content deadlines and the publishing schedule.

Skills & Education

  • Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Strong research skills and a knack for translating complex ideas into clear, digestible content. Experience with SEO and keyword research is essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. However, a compelling portfolio that demonstrates strong writing ability and a solid understanding of content strategy is often more important than a specific degree.

Software & Tools

  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or Shopify.
  • SEO Tools: Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
  • Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with project management and communication platforms like Asana, Trello, or Slack.

Attitude

  • Curious & Creative: Possesses a genuine interest in learning about new topics and finding innovative ways to tell a story.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Eager to receive and incorporate feedback from team members and open to adjusting writing style for different audiences and platforms.

Salary Range ₱18,000 to ₱28,000. This can vary depending on experience
