• Analyze request queue to establish the fulfilment approach
• Complete service requests in a timely manner using established standards and quality
• Be curious in order to support and work in a highly functional team environment
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT
• Execute credentialing-related access audits
• Perform data trend analysis to provide recommendations resulting in IT process improvements
• Occasional flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the business

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years IT or business experience in a large enterprise environment using Rally or ServiceNow for intake requests
• 1+ years experience working on at least one of these contact center telephony platforms: Genesys, CXOne, Avaya, Cisco, MS Teams
• Experience with MS Teams, MS Excel, SharePoint
• Experience with large to very large enterprise environments that include multiple site locations
• Experience facilitating collaboration across multiple teams
• Clear, confident, and concise communication skills
• Ability to address multiple priorities simultaneously
