Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Accountant role are:

  • Manage and process accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely disbursement.
  • Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and submit required financial reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Support audits and implement necessary internal controls.
  • Handle dual responsibilities across accounts payable and payroll as needed.
The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for the Accountant role should have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A CPA certification for Accountant roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Experience in handling accounts payable, payroll, or dual accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
