The Regulatory Relations Specialist is primarily tasked with handling regulatory relations by working closely with Marketing and Legal. He/she is also expected to check the completeness of relevant submissions and ensure that related documentary requirements are kept and organized.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regulatory and Customer Affairs

  1. Collaborates with concerned departments to resolve customer and regulatory issues, taking into consideration the corporate objectives.
  2. Liaise with regulatory offices, consultants, and customers.
  3. Maintains and develops customer files.
  4. Prepare letters and correspondence in connection with the regulatory issues referred to.

Others

  1. In charge of checking the completeness of bidding requirements.
  2. Support the President and CEO with direct instructions on regulatory research and queries.
  3. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  1. Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
  2. With 2 years of relevant experience gained from the power industry.
