Responsible for overseeing the company's administrative operations, asset management, and culture-related initiatives. The role ensures efficient support services, supervises admin staff, and implements policies and programs that uphold employee welfare and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all transactions under the Company Car Plan.
  • Develop and implement policies related to administrative scope and work processes.
  • Coordinate and set meetings with major suppliers.
  • Supervise repair, maintenance, and proper use of all company service vehicles.
  • Process new line applications and renewals for employees (regular and new hires).
  • Supervise and guide admin team members in decision-making, strategies, and completion of daily tasks.
  • Handle field inquiries and provide support for company events and activities.
  • Guide and oversee Sunjin Farm Solutions' admin and culture-related functions.
  • Organize seminars and trainings aligned with company assets, culture, and employee development.
  • Manage driver-related errands, company uniforms, and wellness programs.
  • Oversee concessionaire contracts, including meals and snacks for employees and visitors.
  • Plan and conduct necessary training programs to enhance employee knowledge and organizational culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
