As a Materials Controller at Rentokil, you will manage stock requests and inventory for a dynamic company in the country.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executes timely issuance of stock requests to support business operational needs.
  • Processes stock requests and transfers to branches outside Manila.
  • Maintains the right quantity of supplies/materials based on approved standards.
  • Conducts daily updates of stock cards.
  • Ensures stocks are organized and consistent with service requirements.
  • Checks and corrects discrepancies in records and reports to the supervising authority.
  • Ensures all deliveries are checked accurately against delivery notes.
  • Ensures all deliveries are correctly signed for and received into the warehouse.
  • Conducts monthly physical stock count inventory and reports, practices FIFO or LIFO as appropriate.
  • Maintains and updates daily inventory entries.
  • Provides updates on stock expiry dates, slow-moving items, and critically low inventory levels; recommends actions for disposition.
  • Reviews and analyzes stock consumption for quarterly updates of minimum stock levels per branch.
  • Ensures all required reports and returns are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
  • Ensures timely entry of all data and upkeep of records.
  • Maintains records of goods ordered and received, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Maintains tidiness of the warehouse and orderly storage of stock.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Experience in a warehouse and inventory is an advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
  • Willingness to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
  • Availability for a full-time position.
